PSA: The Shelf Life of Mascara is 3 months.

Let me guess, is it time to toss yours out!?

There is some serious value in understanding the products we apply to our skin and bodies on a regular basis. I’m going out on a limb here, but I’m thinking most people don’t know when to swap out some of their cosmetics.

Your #mascara becomes a Petri dish for bacteria over time. Replacing it regularly is very important to avoid 👁 infections.
.
Ask yourself some of these questions to see if it’s time to toss your old mascara; is it:
-smelly?
-clumpy?
-dry?
.
Also! Never share mascara! You don’t want to risk cross contamination!
.
Lastly- DO NOT try to “reactivate” old product with eye drops, water, alcohol, glycerin or spit. This doesn’t work and frankly is rancid!
